The Story Behind the Ministry

Michael Hall had a smile that could soften the hardest day and a heart that always leaned toward people who were hurting. He was the son of Aris and Chris Hall, but he was also a friend, a brother, and a young man who wanted others to experience the hope he was searching for himself.

 For years, Michael fought a difficult battle with addiction. Some days were filled with progress and promise; others were marked by struggle. Through it all, he never lost his tenderness or his desire to help others find the freedom he longed for. In 2024, Michael's earthly journey came to an end — but his story did not.

 Michael's Rescue Fund was created so that his compassion could continue to live on. This fund supports drug-abuse recovery ministries and homeless outreach across South Georgia — places where men and women are fighting the same battles Michael faced, and where hope can break through in the darkest moments.

Every gift to Michael's Rescue Fund becomes part of a story of redemption.

It becomes a warm meal. A safe bed. A recovery program. A second chance.

It becomes a reminder that no one is beyond the reach of God's grace.
